I would love to learn more about getting a single account that allows me to have one account to access AIM, MSN, and Yahoo at the same time, and I would especially like to setup a Jabber server on this website for me to use, but the instructions that I have found require me to have shell access so I can perform the commands needed to set it up.

This guy talks about the very thing I described above.  I may try it out soon myself and break out of the prison of having three different IM clients going at once (or actually, run Trillian with three different IM protocols at once).
