For some strange reason, when I try to use the MSN plugin in Trillian and sign into MSN, my connection here no longer works. At first I tried it on my mom’s computer before the wireless network was set up. After a few minutes of signing in, the internet connection died, and the DSL modem needed to be restarted.

Well, on this computer, similar results occured with the Trillian MSN plugin almost immediately after I started the plugin. The entire network, including the connection on my mom’s computer, which is wired to the router, went down and the internet connection died.

I downloaded MSN Messenger 7.5, and when I try to login to MSN from there, the program freezes, and the wireless connection dies. It refreshes itself only after exiting the program.

This is a strange problem; I don’t know if my ISP does not like MSN Messenger, but I would like to be able to sign into it.
