My wireless contract with Cingular was to end in May, so I figured it was time to renew it. The phone I had before, an LG flip-phone, was a terrible phone for me. It would hardly ever recieve calls from other people, and when calling others it would take near forever for it to get through to the other person. My friends would hardly call me because they knew that they would get my voice mail almost every time. And don’t get me started on its battery life.

I upgraded to a Nokia 6030, which is not a flip-phone. It has a black exterior, and it has an FM tuner in it. I charged it yesterday after I bought it, and right now the phone still has a full battery life on it. My other phone would need charging nightly to keep itself up, although to be fair that was probably from the age of the battery. Still, this phone seem to be one that I can be happy about.
